夏季高温时蛋白质和赖氨酸水平对泌乳母猪
摘要:试验旨在研究夏季高温时不同蛋白质和赖氨酸水平对泌乳母猪生产性能和粪氮排泄量的影响。试验采用×因子设计,蛋白质水平为8%和5.5%,可消化赖氨酸水平为0.9%、0.85%和0.8%,共六个处理,每个处理0个重复,每个重复头泌乳母猪。试验结果表明:夏季高温时,日粮蛋白质水平降低.5%,不影响泌乳母猪生产性能、血清皮质醇和游离氨基酸含量,血清尿素氮浓度显著降低(P0.05),显著减少粪氮排泄量(P0.05)。与可消化赖氨酸水平0.9%相比,泌乳母猪日粮可消化赖氨水平为0.8%时,能显著提高哺乳仔猪平均日增重(P0.05),显著减少母猪泌乳期失重(P0.05),显著减少粪氮排泄量(P0.05)。
