五酸肽对哺乳母猪生产性能的影响

摘要：选取体况、胎次、体重和预产期相近的健康杜洛克哺乳母猪45头，随机分成3组，每组5个重复，1个重复3头母猪，即对照组、酸化剂组、五酸肽组，以探讨五酸肽对哺乳母猪生产性能及其饲料养分消化率的影响。结果发现：日粮中添加酸化剂3kg/吨和五酸肽10kg/吨后，哺乳母猪的采食量分别比对照组提高2.38%和21.60%（P0.05），仔猪日增重分别比对照组提高5.07%和14.08%（P0.05），仔猪死亡率分别比对照组降低9.65%和78.70%（P0.05）。哺乳母猪的采食量、仔猪日增重分别比市售酸化剂组提高18.77%、8.57%（P0.05），仔猪死亡率比市售酸化剂组降低76.43%（P0.05）。哺乳母猪的粗脂肪、粗蛋白、钙和磷的表观消化率分别比对照组提高4.02%、6.93%、10.04%和5.78%（P0.05或P0.01），分别比酸化剂组提高3.90%、4.96%、7.86%和4.16%（P0.05）。酸化剂与对照组的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙和磷的表观消化率差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结果表明：五酸肽能够明显提高哺乳母猪的繁殖性能和饲料养分消化率。
